Yes. If you are using a system with an API, it is likely we can connect to it. Integrations are optional and configured based on what adds value, so ReFresh fits into your existing environment rather than forcing you to change it.

How does ReFresh handle multi-site or multi-state organisations?

ReFresh is built for organisational complexity: * Site-level configuration: you can set up individual sites, offices, or business units with their own risk profiles, survey schedules, and control assignments. * Jurisdiction mapping: each site is mapped to the relevant state or territory WHS framework, so the compliance requirements displayed are specific to that location. * Rolled-up national view: while each site has its own data, leadership can view aggregated dashboards across the entire organisation to identify trends and compare risk profiles. * Flexible permissions: site managers can be given access only to their own location's data, while central teams see everything.
