The Reports page and templates. The two tabs, My Reports (everything you've already generated, organised by date and status) and Templates (the structured starting points ReFresh ships), plus opening a template preview to see its sections, data sources, and finished look. You can build new templates or duplicate and edit the ReFresh ones.
Board pack formats. How a single template like the Board Pack gives you three depths, Full Pack (every section in full, for a quarterly meeting), Summary (condensed for a monthly read-out), and One-Pager (the bare essentials), so you match the report to your audience.
Generating and editing the draft. Using + New Report to set the period and scope, with ReFresh assembling the draft into My Reports, then editing narrative blocks inline, adding charts or images, toggling sections on or off, and rearranging the order. Charts and tables pull live from the platform.
