About this course

This course walks new admins through their first hour in ReFresh. By the end of it, you'll know your way around the app, you'll have your organisation set up, your team invited, and you'll understand the work plan ReFresh has built for you.

If you've just had your tenant provisioned and you're the person responsible for getting ReFresh live in your organisation, you're in the right place.

We cover:

  • A tour of the app and where things live

  • Setting up your company profile and business details

  • Inviting users and choosing between admin and worker access

  • How the scope selector and activity log work

  • The Guided Safety Programme and how ReFresh sequences your work

This is a practical onboarding course designed to take you from a brand-new tenant to a working psychosocial safety programme in under fifteen minutes of video time.

Is this course for you?

This course is for you if you've been named the admin on a new ReFresh tenant, or if you're joining an existing tenant and need to understand the structure before you start contributing. It's the foundation layer before you move into the specialist courses: surveys, risk assessment, controls, and reporting. Each of those assumes you already know your way around the app.

If you're a worker rather than an admin, the Workers course is where to go instead.
