What you'll cover:
Public Join. A shareable link anyone can use to request access, with admin approval keeping you in control. Useful when you're onboarding a large workforce at once.
Invite Links. Personal links tied to a specific role. Share by email or paste into Slack, and your invitee lands in the app with the role you set, not the default.
The Employees page. Searching by name or email, opening profiles, updating roles, changing group memberships, and deactivating people when they leave.
Admin versus Worker access. Admin gets the full app. Workers see only My ReFresh, the portal view. Most of your organisation will be workers. Only the compliance team and the people supporting them need admin.
