Why a tour comes first
ReFresh covers a lot of ground. Detection, risk assessment, compliance, governance. The navigation reflects that. Learning the app one feature at a time without a map of where everything sits makes the first few hours harder than they need to be. This lesson gives you that map.
We walk through the top toolbar, the left sidebar, the Home dashboard, and the Admin and My ReFresh toggle. You'll see how the four grouped sections in the sidebar correspond to the four phases of a psychosocial safety programme, and where to find the worker portal when you need to see what your team sees.
If you only remember one thing
The sidebar is grouped by what you're doing, not by what the feature is called. Detection, Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Governance map to the phases of your safety programme. When you're not sure where something lives, ask yourself which phase you're in.
