Move from custom risk assessments to a structured library and hierarchy of controls.
This module takes you beyond the Essentials and into how ReFresh's risk library actually works. By the end, you'll know how to navigate the Scenario Library, adopt pre-built risk scenarios into your register, read the Hierarchy of Controls dashboard, drill into hazard categories, and connect your survey data through to the controls you have in place.
The risk library is what separates a programme that's reactive from one that's proactive. Instead of building every risk assessment from scratch, you're drawing on a curated library of psychosocial scenarios with controls already mapped to them. The work shifts from invention to adoption and refinement.
What you'll learn:
How the Scenario Library is structured and what's inside it
When to adopt a library scenario and when to build a custom assessment
How to read the Hierarchy of Controls dashboard
How to drill into a single hazard category to see scenarios, controls, and frameworks
How recommended actions work and where to find them
How survey data flows through to your risk register and hierarchy
Is this module for you?
If you've completed the Essentials course and you're ready to move from running individual risk assessments to managing a portfolio of them, this module is for you. It assumes you know how to score inherent and residual risk and how to use the Risk Register.
This is the first Operate module. It opens up the depth of the platform and sets up everything that comes next, including frameworks, controls, and incidents.
